What the box price covers
- Box price will be applicable for the set of 7 pieces only.
- If the set needs to be fully converted into a different gold colour or gold KT, then the box price will be applicable.
- Ring sizes, necklaces, or kada adjustments can be done, but the gold price difference due to customization will have to be paid by the customer.
Customisation
- Any purchase below the set of 7 items or any mix & match from different boxes will be considered under customization, and a new order will have to be placed for the same, and delivery will be within 20 to 25 days.
- Any customization will be at the MRP price, and regular discounts shall be applicable (not box price).
Gold rate and booking
- The box price in the booklet will be as per the gold price mentioned in the booklet. Box price will vary with the daily gold rate, and the price to the customer will be defined by the gold rate on the date of purchase.
- To book the gold price, the customer has to make a 50% advance of the bill value. The advance amount is not refundable.
Exchange, buyback and returns
- Exchange for the items purchased in the box price will be as per 100% on the gold price and 100% on the diamond price at the invoice value with making charges and GST deducted.
- Buyback will be as per usual—100% on gold & 80% on diamonds on the prevailing market price.
- The 15-day return policy is not applicable on box price.
Offers
- No other discount offers, gift vouchers, gift cards, gold coin offers, invest & shine, EMI schemes, etc., can be clubbed with this box price.
- Available for a limited period only. Pre-booking of the box is allowed.
The booklet
- The booklet cannot be shared via WhatsApp with any customer online.
- No photos can be taken from the booklet to share with customers, or even customers cannot take photos.
